I absolutely love the colour of this building in Slovenija.  This paint colour is used quite often and it really stands out on any day.  I am told it is really a cheerful site on a gloomy, rainy day.  The paint colour is named after Maria Theresa who was the sovereign of Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Bohemia, Transylvania, Mantua, Milan, Lodomeria and Galicia, the Austrian Netherlands and Parma.  (Taken from Wikipedia).  I also think the wooden shutters used on the buildings in many European countries are great.  Helps to keep it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

I love to take pictures because it captures that moment forever. You can't live in the past but you can enjoy looking back at it.
